Take a deep breath.....

We were investigating how our lungs expand and contract. Our results showed that when we pushed the bottom balloon up, the top balloon deflated and when we pushed the bottom balloon down, the top balloon inflated. This happens in our bodies when our diaphragm moves down, air moves into our lungs and when our diaphragm moves up, air moves out of our lungs!
